Responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team environment.
