Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join our client, a respected regional law firm, in Cumbria. This is not a volume-driven environment; the firm prioritises quality of service and client relationships over billing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Title investigations and reporting.
- Liaising with clients, agents and lenders.
Required Experience
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage matters from instruction to completion.
