Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join a busy and very well established residential conveyancing department based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This is a permanent, full time Conveyancing role.

Role Responsibilities:
- Managing a mixed caseload of residential property sales, purchases and Buy to Let transactions
- Handling leasehold matters, help to buy and right to buy schemes, new build sales and purchases, mortgages, remortgages, shared ownership, affordable housing and transfer of equity matters
- Client facing role - providing clear, effective communication and excellent customer care to clients at every stage of their conveyancing transaction
Person Specification:
- Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers with a solid background within residential conveyancing.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fee earning residential conveyancing role; all PQE levels are considered for this role
- Prior experience managing a busy and varied residential property caseload
- Knowledge of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions, including reviewing TP1s
- Experience using the Land Registry Portal and lender portals
- Experience of purchases through corporate entities, which would be beneficial
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
