We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Merchants Quay, Newry! This is a permanent, full time role and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends. As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
- Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean & organised.
- Ensure that all staff are compliant with our Health & Safety policies.
- Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
- Be passionate about delivering great customer service!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
Requirements- Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to think on your feet.
- A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
