You'll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands-on teamwork. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
- Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
- Oversee warehouse and back-of-house operations, including stock control and safety
- Support promotional and seasonal activities
- Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
