BCL Legal is working with a leading national law firm that is seeking to appoint a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor to join its well regarded team. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of regulatory and disciplinary matters, acting for healthcare professionals and organisations on complex, high profile cases. The work is intellectually stimulating, varied, and often fast paced - providing the chance to develop a career in a highly respected practice area.

The Role

  • Advising and representing clients in relation to professional discipline, fitness to practise, and regulatory investigations.
  • Supporting on hearings before regulatory bodies.
  • Handling a varied caseload with appropriate supervision and training.
  • Working alongside experts in the healthcare and regulatory field.

Candidate Profile

  • Solicitor NQ-5 PQE.
  • Experience in healthcare regulatory law is advantageous but not essential.
  • Candidates from a clinical negligence background with a strong interest in healthcare regulatory work are encouraged to apply - full support and retraining will be provided.
  • Strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a passion for working in this specialist area.
