The Role
We are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and a highly child and family focused approach within one of our children's residential homes in Lincolnshire. In this dynamic role, you will:
- Be accountable for the performance of the home in relation to a range of organisational KPIs.
- Drive improvement, innovation, efficiency, and best practice.
- Seek to achieve and sustain outstanding care and compliance.

- Ensure the service consistently meets regulatory and safeguarding standards.

About You
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven management experience in children's residential care.
- Strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
- An initiative‑taking, resilient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Flexibility to travel between services within Lincolnshire.
