Join our 2:1 staffed, Ofsted registered children's home as a Manager or Deputy Manager. This role offers visa sponsorship, competitive salary, monthly bonuses, and career progression opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year full time experience as a deputy manager in an Ofsted registered children's home (not 16+ provision).
- Provide URN number of previous home.
- Fluency in English.
- Driving licence preferred.
Work three days a week (9 a.m. - 9 p.m.) as part of the team, plus one day for documentation and on call duties.
Salary & Benefits:
- First year: £30 k (UK) or $45 k (US) + £500 (or $500) monthly bonus for YP retention.
- After first Ofsted inspection: £48 k (UK) or $48 k (US) + £800 (or $800) monthly YP retention + £2 k (or $2 k) bonus for a Good rating.
- Total potential earnings: £60 k (UK) or $60 k (US).
