We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to join an established domiciliary care provider with an excellent local reputation in the East Sheen SW14 area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader to play a key role in shaping and developing a high-performing care service, leading a dedicated office and care team while ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care.

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standards and company values. You will lead from the front supporting your office team, developing care staff, maintaining compliance, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and legislation
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a strong office and field-based care team
  • Drive quality assurance, audits, spot checks, and service improvements
  • Manage recruitment, retention, and staff development
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure excellent continuity of care and customer satisfaction
  • Support business growth and operational performance

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing care teams and service delivery
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Experience in service growth and business development
  • Established local knowledge of domiciliary care operations
