Representing globally recognised brands, you'll play a key role in helping PepsiCo create 'more smiles with every bite' through the Snacks and Grains portfolio - building strong customer partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.
The Role
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team through regular field accompaniments, audits, and personal development plans.
- Performance Driving: Communicate KPIs and campaign plans clearly, celebrating success while managing performance where needed.
- Strategic Execution: Translate customer and company strategies into a coherent regional plan that the team can get behind.
