A growing UK main contractor delivering complex healthcare and modular construction projects is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor as part of its next phase of growth. This is a regional, delivery-focused role, supporting multiple live and upcoming projects across the North of the country.

The opportunity

  • Scaling rapidly, with a strong forward order book
  • Delivering technically complex projects in regulated environments

The role

  • Regional H&S support across multiple live sites
  • Working closely with site teams, delivery managers and senior leadership
  • Influencing behaviours and standards in fast-paced environments
  • Supporting both construction delivery and post-completion operations
  • Regular travel and occasional overnight stays required

  • Background in construction before moving into Health & Safety
  • 12+ months experience
  • NEBOSH Construction (Diploma support available)
