As we scale rapidly, we are launching this year's Graduate Programme - five funded places for the brightest and most talented individuals ready to make a difference. This programme is also open to non-graduates who demonstrate exceptional talent, dedication and potential. About the Programme
The Reform UK Graduate Programme is a rotational scheme designed to develop versatile, high performing individuals. Over twelve months, you will work across key departments, gaining an understanding of critical areas such as campaign management, policy research, communications and operations. This is not just a job - it is an opportunity to hone your skills, tackle real challenges and prepare for an instrumental role in politics or beyond.
