As we head into the summer term, we're welcoming a caring Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, well established Shooting Stars Bromsgrove team this summer. Suitable for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3s, the role offers strong leadership, a supportive team culture and opportunities to grow your practice at your own pace. What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

- Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
