Deichmann is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join its team at Kingfisher. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous retail experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day to day running of a busy store.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team with the daily operation of the store
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Supervising and motivating team members during shifts
- Assisting with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Helping to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Supporting with cash handling and till operations
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
- Acting as a key holder and supporting store opening and closing procedures where required
