About the employer: Our client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide support to their 9-year-old Daughter for 6 hours per week with all aspects of daily living, taking part in activities and accessing the community.
Main duties:
- Social duties: Keep in touch and socialise with family and friends.
- Go to the local park, cinema, bowling, soft plays and theme parks.
- Support with arts & crafts and painting.
- Access the local community.
- Support to go shopping.
Personal care: Support with all personal care. These duties may vary from day-to-day.

Specific requirements: Someone with previous care experience. Someone who has worked with children with Autism. Other: Due to the nature of this role including personal care the potential employer will be considering female applicants only.

- Rate of pay: £14.00 per hour
Skills, qualifications, and experience:
- Essential: Driving licence, Car and appropriate insurance, Previous experience required, Confidentiality, Good at building relationships.
- Preferred: Good communicator, A good listener, Ability to support people with complex care & support needs.
Successful applicants will require DBS checks & Employment References. This role is funded by the Local Authority and is paid 4 weekly.
