We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese national experienced Recruitment Manager - UK Universities role in an Education Administration Programs agency based in London. By acting as a link between higher education colleges in the United Kingdom and potential students, the firm is a proud representation of the UK's higher education institutions. The job holder will work as a recruitment manager on the administration, management, and growth of China market student recruitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a link between higher education colleges in the United Kingdom and potential students.
  • Administer, manage and grow China market student recruitments.
  • Build and direct Chinese marketing strategies.
  • Provide high quality client service and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Support and collaborate with team members, and take advice from colleagues.
  • Prioritize job duties, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced setting and be flexible to work evenings, weekends and occasional overnight stays.
  • Participate in training as required.

Key Qualifications

  • UK degree or A level or comparable degree or expertise in English and mathematics.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience / international admission.
  • Minimum 3 years of counseling, sales, and marketing experience in the education industry.
  • Track record of general administration and related field experience.
  • Experience working in a customer focused setting.
  • Thorough understanding of data management regulations and best practices, including information freedom and data protection.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email programs; competent database and reporting tool user.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and examine students' personal statements.
