Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules, candidate communications, and hiring activities across multiple roles and functions.
- Assist with candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases to help build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening to assess interest, availability, and alignment with role requirements.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth interview coordination, timely feedback collection, and efficient hiring processes.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records, proper documentation, and compliance with internal processes.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and professional support throughout the recruitment journey while representing Group's employer brand.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment initiatives, hiring campaigns, and talent acquisition projects when required.
- Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment coordination and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment ideally from OTA/Internet/high-technology industry.
- Proven experience in cross-country recruitment within the APAC region is an advantage.
- Good learning attitude, self-motivated and organised.
- High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment.
