An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Recruitment Team within the People and Development Directorate. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a high quality recruitment service by undertaking a range of administrative duties and ensuring that recruitment processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with organisational policies and procedures. This post is offered as a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide effective and efficient administration to support the smooth running of the department and deliver a high quality recruitment service to managers and applicants.
- Provide general and effective administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
- Answer routine queries regarding recruitment issues.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining relevant computer record systems (Trac) to ensure accurate and effective management data is available to respond to queries and to produce reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent or demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience of volume recruitment.
- Experience in clerical and administrative work requiring a high degree of accuracy, working in accordance with policies/procedures.
- Experience of working with HR computerised record systems or Applicant Tracking Systems such as NHS Jobs, ESR, or Trac.
- Knowledge of online selection and assessment system i.e. SHL / Saville.
- Knowledge of CQC / Audit recruitment standards.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Understands the need for confidentiality.
- Ability to travel between NEAS sites as required.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and work flexibly.
