We are seeking a professional and experienced Reception Supervisor to lead and support our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of receptionists, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth administrative processes. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to manage team workflows efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of receptionists, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
- Manage reception rota and holiday cover to ensure adequate front desk staffing at all times.
- Liaise with senior managers and departments to support site wide operational efficiency.
- Effectively control the allocation of Customers to our team of Sales Executives to minimise Customer waiting times.
- Handle escalated customer queries at the front desk in a calm and solution focused manner.
- Implement good standards of housekeeping on the Reception Desk to promote a professional image at all times.
- Provide refreshments for visiting Customers and ensure the Customer Coffee Bar is kept clean and replenished.
