As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for maintaining office organisation, managing documents, and supporting administrative tasks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and greeting visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the facilities to uphold a professional and welcoming image.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all documents meet standard requirements and are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks to maintain a safe working environment for staff and clients.
  • Provide administrative support for client-related tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
  • Provide support to the partners and directors on the organisations invoicing process.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and professional standards.

Key Requirements

  • Passion for providing excellent client service and maintaining high standards.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role (professional services experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident and approachable manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT literacy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to delivering excellent client service and creating a positive first impression.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential client and financial information.

Additional Requirements

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks and document management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring smooth office operations and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team to ensure a seamless client experience and business operations.
  • Experience with CCH and Inform Direct is desirable but not essential.
  • Proactively address challenges and contribute to process improvement where necessary.
