First Choice are currently recruiting for a Receptionist based at Antrim Hospital. This is a part‑time role working 16‑20 hours per week on a 4‑week rota basis. Shifts are Monday to Friday either 9:00am‑4:00pm or 4:00pm‑8:00pm, with weekend shifts of 2:30pm‑8:30pm. Candidates will be required to work one weekend per month.

The pay rate is £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday, £17.92 for Saturdays, and £23.26 for Sundays.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the front reception area
  • Directing patients and visitors
  • Dealing with general enquiries and correspondence
  • Answering calls and queries promptly
  • Handling complaints professionally
  • Assisting with car park and access control queries

Applicants should have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational ability
  • Experience working in a busy reception or administrative environment

What we need from you:

  • Relevant experience working within a Clerical/Receptionist role
  • An ability to answer high volume calls
  • An ability to deal with private and sensitive information
  • Willingness to undertake an Access NI Check
