Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient queries and liaise with the primary care team.
  • Manage appointment requests, signpost patients to services, maintain patient records and confidentiality.
  • Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
  • Process prescription requests.
  • Use information systems to support workflow.

Ideal Candidate

  • Reception or customer care experience, with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, email.
  • Ability to work within processes, procedures and maintain data security.
  • Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.

Person Specification / Qualifications
