We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced dedicated person, who strives to meet deadlines. You will be dealing with patients face to face, emails, calls and queries. You will be supervising a reception team and ensuring the reception runs smoothly.
Main duties of the job

- Dealing with patient queries, emails, e-consults, prescriptions, discharge paperwork
- Ensuring the reception runs well
Job responsibilities
- To ensure effective and efficient reception service is provided
- Dealing with enquiries
- Receive and make calls, book appointments
- Ensure correct recording of all patient details and information
- Issue prescriptions when due
- Help prepare and stock up clinical rooms
- Ensure all staff are updated to any changes
- Arranging cover for annual leave or sick
Experience
- EMIS knowledge preferred but not necessary
- Must have equivalent experience in reception supervision
- Experience of working in primary care/GP surgery
