THE ROLE
- Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments affecting the real estate sector, identifying emerging issues, trends and opportunities for the business and its clients.
- Produce insightful legal updates, briefing notes, articles and thought leadership content for both internal and external audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with external knowledge professionals, industry bodies, legal networks and market contacts.
- Design and deliver technical training programmes, workshops and learning resources for lawyers across the department.
- Develop, manage and continuously improve the department's knowledge resources, ensuring materials remain accurate, relevant and accessible.
- Draft and maintain practice notes, guidance documents, toolkits, checklists and other practical resources to support fee earners.
- Keep abreast of developments in legal technology, knowledge management systems and innovation tools, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
- Excellent technical legal knowledge and a strong understanding of the wider real estate market.
- Ability to analyse complex legal developments and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
