We are looking for a professional and committed person who will support and improve the service delivery of our Housing Maintenance Team repair services by joining the planning team. The role involves working closely with managers and operational staff to assist in providing a professional customer‑focused planning service within the Housing Maintenance Team. You will be responsible for programming and deploying a responsive workforce to ensure property repairs are scheduled and completed within relevant service standards, appointments are made and kept, and work is completed right the first time.

Qualifications- Excellent customer service skills
- A good understanding of the works planning process for a Housing Maintenance Repair Service
- A good understanding of Microsoft computer systems including Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Excellent communication skills
