As Kitchen Porter, you'll be making sure all kitchen cleaning and food preparation standards are top‑notch, supporting our team of talented chefs to ensure every customer leaves happy.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of a clean and well‑organised kitchen.
- Help the rest of the team deliver freshly cooked food on‑spec, on‑time, every time.
Qualifications
- A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
- Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Self‑motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales.
- Strong knowledge of best practice on all things allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety.
