Position Overview

PCV Bus Driver – Live & Work in Guernsey, 9-Month Fixed Term + 3-Month Break Pattern.

Salary: £17.74 Base rate with an Overtime/Sunday/Bank Holiday and post 18:30 rate of £21.30. Weekly earnings of £780.56 based on 44 hours (4 days) per week (Typical weekly earnings with 1 day over time £1,036.16). Staff accommodation provided on the island.

Fixed-term contract with potential to return year-on-year. Full route maintenance and vehicle safety ensured.

  • Drive well‑maintained buses safely and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service to locals and visitors.

  • Follow a variety of shift patterns.

Qualifications

  • Valid PCV licence.
  • Conforming to an Enhanced DBS check.
