What you'll need to succeed:
- A passion and dedication to providing world‑class care to children
- To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
- It is a requirement to have at least a level 5 (Grade C) in GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and English
- Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Strong communication skills and a team player
