Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring the prep is done for each day and making each dish to spec.

Qualifications

  • Probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in their career.
  • Ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
