The Role
As the appointed Property Solicitor you will be well versed in advising across a range of commercial and residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will possess the ability to deal with your own caseload with minimal supervision.
The Candidate
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with both residential and commercial property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The appointed Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have experience of advising on a range of property related matters including residential sales and purchases, commercial leases, development matters and reviewing contracts, title documents and lease agreements.
The Firm
The successful Property Solicitor will be joining a firm where the key focus is on exceptional advice and support to clients. There is a strong emphasis on caring for the community surrounding the firm.
