Harte Recruitment is partnering with one of Huddersfield's busiest and most established Residential Lettings agencies to appoint a highly organised, detail-driven Property Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role as Property Manager which sits at the heart of a high-volume operation, where no two days are the same, standards are high, and your ability to keep everything running smoothly truly matters.

Blending lettings administration with property management responsibilities, as the Property Manager you'll take ownership across the full tenant lifecycle, from application through to move-in and beyond while keeping a busy portfolio ticking over behind the scenes. This role is open to part-time or full-time candidates, making it ideal for someone looking to balance flexibility with a genuinely engaging and responsible position.

The Package:

  • Up to £26,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) this will be pro rata if part time hours are chosen
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00 (full time) or Fixed part-time working pattern 22.5 hours per week across 3/4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am - 5pm as core days plus working 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am - 3pm)
  • Regular company events

The Role:

  • Running the full lettings admin process including applications, referencing, compliance
  • Managing a steady flow of maintenance and repair requests without letting anything drift
  • Keeping tenants, contractors and the team aligned. Clear, calm, and on it, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Acting as the go-to person who keeps the operation moving without noise or chaos
  • Supporting the wider team and working closely with the Assistant Lettings Manager maintaining a well-organised, high-performing operation who values accountability

The Person:

  • Currently have admin, customer service or coordination experience
  • Confident handling a high volume of calls and emails
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Lettings or property maintenance knowledge (Essential)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and able to thrive under pressure
  • Driver and own transport preferable (Not Essential)
