This is a full-time, permanent position, with a realistic OTE of up to £40,000 (subject to experience).

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Responsible for daily management of a team.
  • Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals.
  • Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections.
  • Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Experience in the Student Lettings Market is preferable.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Must be ARLA / CeLap qualified.
  • Previous experience in Property Management essential.

  • Experience in property management/surveying/housing.
