Stagecoach East is looking for a Property Maintenance Person based at our Cambridge Depot, supporting depots across East including Bedford, Head Office, Cambridge, Fenstanton and Peterborough. Full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: £16.55 per hour plus enhanced overtime rates. Vehicle and fuel card provided. 30 days holiday including public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out small maintenance and DIY repairs, including heating and plumbing.
- Maintain and decorate buildings, including offices and work spaces.
- Carry out repairs to plant and equipment.
- Carry out scheduled PAT testing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to carry out DIY repairs.
- Relevant qualification preferred, with working knowledge of electrical/plumbing systems and equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of building service maintenance experience.
