Responsibilities
- The Project Surveyor is an important part of the project team and helps make sure projects are managed well from a cost perspective.
- This role involves monitoring project costs, managing budgets, and making sure everything stays on track financially while supporting successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- An accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
- Adequate experience as an Assistant QS/QS.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction and sustainable construction techniques.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction management.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Effective use of initiative.
