Key Responsibilities

- Data analysis: Analyse data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies, employing statistical tools and methodologies to drive decision-making.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Facilitate workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate staff on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, ensuring widespread understanding and application of these methodologies.
- Performance monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and drive ongoing improvements in operational performance.
Qualifications
