About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of programmes across our Lewisham Projects.

This role is central to ensuring projects run smoothly, remain compliant, and meet key funding and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across Lewisham projects.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance trackers.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with contractors.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams, residents, contractors, and external partners to arrange and co‑ordinate appointments.
  • Ensure all documentation and property documents are in place for audit requirements.

About you

  • Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working in housing, construction, or retrofit projects (desirable).
  • Understanding of compliance and reporting processes (desirable).
