The Role: As a Production Team Member, you will help make and prepare our food products each day. This includes tasks like preparing ingredients, assembling products, and ensuring everything is done safely and to a high standard. This role ensures our products are made on time, safe, and appealing. You will work with a team to meet daily targets and keep operations running smoothly. As a Production Team Member, you support our company values by ensuring all products are made safely, to a high standard, and with care.
Your Duties:
- Preparing food products by cutting, chopping, washing, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Labelling and packing products correctly
- Working with your team to meet daily production targets
- Ensuring all products meet quality and food safety standards
- Following all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety rules
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy at all times
- Completing simple paperwork when required
- Reporting any problems, damages, or safety concerns to your supervisor
- Ability to follow simple instructions (written and spoken)
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow rules
- Reliable and able to come to work on time
- Flexible to work different shifts, including nights
