As a Production Team Member, you will help make and prepare our food products each day. This includes tasks like preparing ingredients, assembling products, and making sure everything is done safely and to a high standard. This role is important to make sure our products are made on time, are safe to eat, and look great for our customers. You will be part of a team working together to meet daily targets and keep things running smoothly. As a Production Team Member, you will support our company values by ensuring all products are made safely, to a high standard, and with care.

Your Duties:

  • Preparing food products by cutting, chopping, washing, mixing, and assembling ingredients
  • Labelling and packing products correctly
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Making sure all products meet quality and food safety standards
  • Following all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety rules
  • Keeping your work area clean and tidy at all times
  • Completing simple paperwork when required
  • Reporting any problems, damages, or safety concerns to your supervisor
  • Ability to follow simple instructions (written and spoken)
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and follow rules
  • Reliable and able to come to work on time
  • Flexible to work different shifts, including nights

  • Previous experience in a factory or food production environment
  • Ability to work independently when needed
