Overview

Production / Paint Shop Assistants required to work for a manufacturing company ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing materials and components for finishing, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
  • Ensuring all products are finished to a high standard with a consistent, high-quality appearance.
  • Inspecting completed work and carrying out touch-ups or corrections where required.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised spray booth and working area.
  • Working as part of a supportive production and finishing team.

Skills and experience

  • A reliable and hardworking individual.
  • Someone comfortable with repetitive work and able to maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Previous paint spraying, finishing, joinery, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work with care in a quality-focused environment.
  • A full driving licence and access to transport is essential due to the client's location.
