Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9‑5, on-site in our Derby office.

Start Dates: 17th August 2026 for week induction in Derby, training commences 24th August 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing your own caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to final completion.
  • Supporting clients via phone, video calls, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Explaining the probate process in a simple, clear, and empathetic way.
  • Keeping clients regularly updated and confident in what’s happening.
  • Using our case management systems to track and progress cases accurately.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
  • Identifying when clients may benefit from additional services and making appropriate referrals.
  • Helping deliver an outstanding, consistent client experience aligned with our values.
