Our client located close to Potters Bar are seeking a Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive within the area of Wills and Probate on an ongoing basis until a permanent person is secured. This is to start as soon as possible. Our client is willing to consider 4 or 5 days a week and is an office based role.

Private Client Wills and Probate experience to include:

  • Wills
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection deputyship and related matters
  • Trusts and tax planning

Ability to work unsupervised and manage a busy caseload. Confident in handling a varied and active caseload. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team.

Qualifications for this Private Client Wills and Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive:

  • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales or Legal Executive equivalent with 5 years solid private client wills and probate experience.
