This is an opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work to join an established practice on the Isle of Skye. The role:
You'll handle your own caseload independently, working across residential property transactions and private client matters. This will include buying and selling residential properties and crofts, re-mortgages and transfers of title, as well as preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney. Experience with rural property and crofting matters would be beneficial but is not essential.
