We are looking for a Production Manager to join a busy Creative Services department. This role is at the heart of the continued success of a high performing, friendly and award-winning team.

Your role

As our Production Manager (Creative Services), you will be responsible for triaging briefs, managing resources effectively, managing budgets, and looking after our print-on-demand system.

About you

To be our Production Manager (Creative Services), you will need experience working within a creative agency environment. We're looking for someone who can work at a fast pace and sees the opportunities our projects present. Interrogating briefs is a big part of the role, we need someone who has the confidence to have challenging conversations and help shape briefs finding cost effective solutions. We're a full-service agency, so you will need to be comfortable across all Marketing comms, from print and DM, to email, digital, film and content. As well as working as part of a team, you will need to have the ability to drive work forward independently.
