Program Overview
Your growth. Make it part of ours. Through hands-on experience and excellent training, our Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in as little as two years. The Graduate Management Training Programme is delivered via a classroom-based orientation followed by placement in one of our branches, where trainees gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and leadership.
