Chiropractic Patient Experience Coordinator
Location: Poole, Dorset, UK.
Employment type: Part time permanent (24+ hours per week plus overtime).
Salary: £13.06 per hour with pay rises & performance related bonuses.
Shift times: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM or 1:30 PM-7:40 PM, plus 1 Saturday per month as needed.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, people first professional to support inbound sales, client care, and front desk coordination. The coordinator will build relationships with new enquiries, manage appointments, process payments, re‑engage past clients, support events and marketing, and maintain clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into loyal clients through inbound/outbound calls.
- Schedule and manage appointments, care plans, and payments.
- Re‑engage past clients and follow up on cancellations and no shows.
- Deliver 5 star customer experiences, keeping clients on track and inspired.
- Support events and marketing campaigns including social media and health checks.
- Own the front desk - daily admin, stock, systems, cash up and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organised, welcoming space and comply with checklist first procedures.
- Collaborate with the team, cover shifts as needed, and attend training (one Saturday per month).
