We are looking for a Project Officer to support vulnerable adults with complex needs. The role focuses on outcomes focused support that promotes personal growth and development, within the Community Intervention Team of Adult Services. The successful candidate will understand and promote social inclusion, safeguard vulnerable individuals, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person centred support to vulnerable adults in the community.
  • Develop and implement growth and development plans.
  • Safeguard vulnerable individuals and promote independence.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, carers, and external agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Essential criteria

  • Good understanding of principles of social inclusion and promoting independence.
  • Experience in safeguarding vulnerable people.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Welsh language skills

Welsh language skills are desirable for this post but not essential. Applications may be submitted in either English or Welsh.
