Responsibilities

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to consistently high standards.
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and management team to develop menus and seasonal specials.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
  • Supporting junior team members and helping create a positive kitchen culture.
  • Contributing ideas and creativity to help drive the business forward.
