We are currently looking for an enthusiastic & motivated person required to join our Podiatry team. Applicants must have previous experience of working in a busy office/reception environment. Previous NHS experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent people skills are required together with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a very busy service.

Responsibilities:
  • Deal with email, checking and accurately storing photos from our generic email and Zoom queries from a variety of patients and professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties, manage appointments, and support the clinical team.
  • Help cover annual leave and other absence as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of the NHS would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding working environment.
  • Comfortable working in a busy service and able to remain calm under pressure.

The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme). The post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
