You’ll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer‑first mindset, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Leading the showroom team to deliver a brilliant customer experience
- Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities
- Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business
- Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays

Qualifications
You will ideally have knowledge of the KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) industry – but if you are confident leading a team, have a passion for design and building relationships you will be supported along the way.
