Role Overview
Planning Solicitor with 1+Year PQE, based in Manchester. Salary: £Competitive (DOE).
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of planning related matters including advising clients within the private and public sectors.
- Cover the full range of planning work including strategic planning advice, planning applications/agreements and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.
- Act as a confident and detail focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 Year or more post qualification experience (PQE) as a Planning Solicitor.
- Confident and detail focused planning lawyer.
- Excellent commercial acumen and strong communication skills, including drafting ability.
